cant remember the last time i moisturised let alone, exfoliate, tan, or dye my hair.

So, mum has ds1 tonight, ds2 is in bed. i am going to trim my fringe, dye my hair, exfoliate, moisturise, tan and do my nails. just because. thought I'd let you all know. g'night all

thats great I love doing things like that! I have a rotten cold at the moment but actually washed my hair today and put some tan on and I feel much better already. Have fun!

well i had a huge ring of darl brown dye round my head but it came off when i scrubbed in the shower. i feel really great. i used to wear a light tan all the time and i haent for about a year, out of sheer exhaustion and not having the energy so it was really nice. i now have lovely soft smooth skin with a hint of sun on it and nice shiny locks, i even took my time doing my make-up this morning because i felt so much more positive. going to try and keep it up, for the health benefit of course
