Please help! What on earth do we wear to an evening party with an ABBA tribute band?

Don't want to go in 70s gear really- can't see it suiting us.

I am v short and curvy- 5'0" and size 10/12, though norks quite large for frame (32E).
DH tall (6'2")

No idea what people wear to parties- haven't been out for over a decade
Seriously no clue what men wear for evenings- what kind of shoes?

I think so...or linen trousers if you don't want to wear jeans. General 70s tunic wear is pretty prevalent in the shops anyway, so you should be able to find something suitable.

I'm thinking white tunic, trousers...gold accessories maybe.

tunic and linen trousers sounds like a good combo for me!
