Grrrr!!! - shopping online with NEXT - anyone else had this problem!!!!!!!!

Purchased items online the day the Next sale started and so far they have managed to send me three of everything I ordered - even though I had a confirmation email telling me I had only ordered one!!!!

Anyway I put it down to the system being busy on the day of the sale or a computer error!!!!

But - ordered a couple of bits and pieces for school for dd yesterday - arrived this morning - and two of everything again, and three skirts!!!!

Is it just me or has anyone else had this problem!!!!

Wouldn't mind, but they are charging me for all the duplicate items, and I have to go through the hassle of returning them!!!!

i had the situation where i received the item i ordered plus, something completely diff which i was charged for and had to return.

Was that during the sale, or another time?

i have just sent back 2 lots of age 9 vests that i didnt order in the sale! My ds is only 5!! Both arrived on different days and were exactly the same!!

that was during the sale.

So far I have had to return approximately £77 worth of stuff that they sent in duplicate.

I have returned 1 item that was about £15 just because I didn't like it when it came. Apparently this item is also on reserve for me - even though I only ordered one and don't want another one.

Still waiting for three items to come - one of which again I have allegedly ordered three of!!!!

So will possibly have to return about another £25 worth of stuff!!!!

The guy I spoke to this morning said he would cancel the duplicate items - but they said that last week - and they were still on reserve for me this morning !!!!

I won't hold my breath!!!
