Melissa sandals - opinions pls?

Am wondering about getting a pair, am I deluding myself when I think they might be as comfy as crocs without the associated style issues?

Does anyone have any experience/views of them?

This is the pair I fancy:
pretty or hideous?

They would look hideous on me (tranny feet)

Eek - I have size 6 feet but am 5ft10 so hopefully they are not absolutely massive for my height. Do mine qualify as tranny feet too? In which case I might avoid...

Instant reaction was noooooooo, all that plastic on a hot day...sticky....but the more I looked at them the more I liked them.
