Size 10, but got ginormous boobs - 5'1" tall.

What style should I get?

think maxi dresses only for tall folk tbh

I don't think that shirring really does the large norked any favours. It really is for the flat/small chested. Plus there's your bra straps. I think long dresses/skirts are a good way to balance out big boobs but not maxis really

First of all keep to a small pattern if you're going to have a patterned one.
Or just have one colour.
Then get one with not a lot of fabric in. The more voluminous ones either make you look like you're pregnat or you're wearing a tee pee.
Make sure it stops just before your feet, you don't want to be falling over it.
And lastly don't get a 'bandeau' style, it will accentuate your norks.
A bra style top or v neck is best.

Can you tell I just applied this to myself and found a lovely rust coloured cotten bra top style which is soooo comfy from tkmxx of all places

Ok, mad that I am, I have it in mind to make myself one. Would one like this suit do you think? I like that it doesn't accentuate her boobs and that it's very, very simple!

Thanks for the shirred tops tips - I agree and steer clear of any tunic tops with shirred tops too.

it would be fine if your norks can stay up by themselves and you've got a bum that can withstand fabric clinging round and underneath it. but anything that cuts across the top of your boobs looks awful IMHO unless you are 16 and an A cup. Wouldn't a shape like [http://www.asos.com/Asos/Asos-Halter-Maxi-Dress/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=1127524&cid=9979&sh=0&pge= 0&pgesize=20&sort=-1&clr=Khaki this] do your boobs more favours? I am massively jealous of big norks by the way.

Very plain and fitted

traumaqueen · 26/06/2010 16:16

oh heck - Asos maxi dresses, just scan down them, brown halter neck

MrsWobbleTheWaitress · 26/06/2010 16:19

I was thinking of getting a strapless bra - they're fairly pert for big boobs, but I can't go braless - not because they sag a lot, but because it's just so obvious I'm braless!

I like that halterneck, but have no very little money!
