need a couple of smart dresses for a conference in Barcelona in July, i'm a size 14 but busty will this work?

A plain red cardigan would look stylish, not too long, and red shoes (if red shoes are acceptable in Spain) would look v smart.

not sure i'm brave enough for red shoes and cardi!!
