need help with jackets

I want to but 2-3 jackets which can be worn over dress for a formal look Need well tailored one .Iwas thinking of a black, blue and someother colour. Where should I buy these from? Any other suggestions?

Zara have some blue ones, and some black ones. Topshop have nice one with ruched sleeves in black and a grey/nude colour.
