tops/dresses/advise for the nil of nork please!!

my dear friend is 5"7, 7 stone wringing wet, has bf two babes, all nip and no nork (!)

she is having real problems finding decent tops/coverage without having to wear scaffoldy padded bra...
cant even do vests well as a bit concave in places.

thought MN might be worth a shot for some tips...

How about these?

Really she can get away with anything. She sounds like model proportions so lots of things should look good on her. She can get away with all sorts of flouncy, frilly tops (if she likes that kind of thing!) that would look silly on someone with ampler norks.
