Matte Foundation that lasts all day for a wedding

I am looking for advice to buy a new foundation. I am a bridesmaid at my sister's summer wedding and would like to find a matte foundation that lasts all day and looks good in photos. I usually use Chanel Vitalumiere but would like to change. I have tried one of the Bobbi Brown ones and thought it was too shiny. One of my friend's recommended Estee Lauder Double Wear. Does anyone use that?

Have you thought about using a primer under your existing foundation?

I do and find my make up lasts all day and I only ever need to touch up lippy and blusher..

I use smashbox's primer..

I had Chantecaille Just Skin tinted moisturiser for my wedding and it was fab. Lasted all day and made me look younger!

double wear is fab - they do a light version too

I like Estee Lauder Double Wear Light and it really does last well. It's matte. The normal version is way too heavy for me though.

Rohey - I have used primers in the past but stopped using them for some reason. I tried my sister's Laura Mercier one at the weekend and it was lovely, so maybe I'll invest in a primer as well. I love new make-up!
