take the whole lot off and start again?
Or go over the lot with another coat and pray noone notices?
I'm talking toenails here, I have neither time nor inclination to paint my fingers as they'd be chipped to buggery within 10 minutes, and it makes me feel weird to wear it on my fingers.
I'm trying to judge myself on a slatternly scale of 1-10. I admit to being a slapdash retoucher on mine, but am wondering if I should make more effort?

oh christ for toes just slap on another coat. unless you mix with pixies who will sit on your toes and judge your pedicure?

Toenails definitely get another coat on top. I have only ever taken the whole lot off on medical advice. Otherwise it stays on and what isnt scratched off builds up to a nice deep shine.
Of course I only use one particular varnish otherwise it would be a stranger sight indeed.
