In an attempt to smarten up my somewhat elderly and down at the heel workwear, I have splashed out on a few new summer work clothes. Dress code is "smart casual". In the past I have interpreted this as "casual trousers, T type top and Converse on Fridays", but today I wore this dress and these sandals and the compliments flowed all day. 10 in all! Men, women, young, old! It was fab, must try dressing up again !
The dress is lovely btw, the jersey fabric in heavy enough to hand nicely and not cling to bits that really don't need to be highlighted.
