Which heat protection spray/serum do you use for your hair? Need some ideas

I've been using asda own brand which suprisingly has been brilliant but since having DS my hair has changed and it's making it frizzy.

Also I don't know if it's bad but I only put it on when I've washed my hair ( every other day) not other times when I use straightners when it's dry.
So should I buy one that works on dry hair as well as wet?

Sorry for long post. I should know this after years of straightening.

xx

I like Tresemme heat protection spray, and yes, you should use it every time you straighten your hair.

Paul Mitchell seal and shine heat protection spray. I also use PM super skinny balm on my hair when its still damp which really helps tame frizz and cuts drying time.

Wella High Hair, I like that it has a bit of hold in it too so I don't generally need any hairspray.

I also use Tresemme heat protection spray and I think it's very good. I have very thick, curly, frizzy hair and use it every time I use straighteners.
