Good dressmaker in Oxford/Oxfordshire? And what should I expect/ask?

What it says on the tin. I'm looking for someone in or near Oxford, who can make me a dress in 8 weeks or so. Ideally someone who can help me with the right fabric etc., as I know nothing much about sewing.

Any questions I should ask? Hidden costs?
