I'm going to a friend's wedding at the end of July and i'm planning on wearing this dress as it hides many tummy ills, but what shoes should i wear with it.

It's also a 3.30 wedding and due to go on into the night but what kind of a top/jacket should i add on as well?

What's your budget for shoes? I quite like these and you could take a black wrap if need be (I think the trim on the shoes is black)

I have a dress in a similar colour and wore a pair of Kate Kanzier heels with it in a beautiful green snakeskin with a beige heel but can't find the style on her website anymore.

they're a bit over strappy for me but the price isn't so bad as it's only the shoes i need

Wear a heel even if a little one to the wedding.

Something like this

Ffor some reason I can't access the first two but they are well over my budget anyway. I like the flower shoe more but I'm not totally wed to them.

Shoes need to be either a neutral, so a snakeskin or a nude patent perhaps, or really bright-purple perhaps? An def a heel with that dress.

I'd be tempted to put a leopard print wrap/jacket with it, but that's just me.

Beasknees · 14/06/2010 20:55

How does snakeskin count as neutral? I'd like to be bolder in my choices and I hate making decisions so if you can point anything specific out I'd really appreciate it.

I would go neutral or gold. Or something with a mixture of colours which includes green. Gold accessories (wrist cuff, earrings) with a gold shoe would be good.

Love Plum's style. What's your budget? What size are you/colouring etc. Will have a look.

Beasknees · 14/06/2010 22:12

i'm about 5ft 7. Blond - well a dark blonde/pale brown with pale though slightly tanned skin. i'm not into gold jewellery though i think i could do gold shoes. i don't want to spend more than £50 especially if they're not too comfortable - if the toes are too tight they end up causing my feet to go into spasms.

how about these

Beasknees · 26/06/2010 11:56

i'm stuck - some of the ones i like are no longer available - like these gold ones
i think these ones might be too high

ilikethis but they don't have it in my size

Any other thoughts, please.
