Where are these bags from?

I keep seeing people with really nice bags, but I have no idea where they're from. They're leather and have a sort of map pattern on them... Sorry that's not the best description, but if anyone has seen them and knows where they're from I'd love to know.

I'm not sure... could be, but I think the ones I saw were more blue than brown. Thank you though!
