Question for the small of nork

Where do you buy your bras?

And is it me or have M & S bras got bigger? I just bought a couple of A cup bras from M & S, got them home and they were too big . So had to suffer the humiliation of taking them back and asking what they had in a AA cup (to which the answer was, not much - though I am abroad). In fact even the AA t-shirt bras I ended up with are a bit too big.

I'm visiting England next week - any tips? I really don't want to end up buying bras for pre-teens, I'm 43!

I have a similar problme. My boobs have lost all fat from the top so they kind of look like madonna pyramid costume boobs!

I've been alternating with soft, non wired t-shirt bras for the last 2 yrs. I'm hoping I can find some more as these are getting tatty.

Try a smaller back size? What is your actual measurement under your bust? Use that as your starting point and then try bras on. (I'm repeating all the info I've read on here btw. I'm no expert but had always worn 34b just because they sort of fitted. Actually measured myself and I was about 32. Tried on bras on Next and now wear their 32c - and they fit much better)

I was also going to suggest getting your self measured, I like gel filled bra's...

Wafflesnaffler · 10/06/2010 23:05

Are you wanting to make them look bigger, or just wanting ones to fit smaller chests?

For the former, I like the gel bras from Debenhams. But if it's the 2nd scenario then try H&M....their bra sizing is small. And they are generally lovely, and very well priced.

Thanks all. I just want bras that will fit and be comfortable. I'll try H & M, and maybe get measured in Debenhams.

New Look kids bit

Even when i measure i am not any proper size but these fit nicely.

AstronomyDomine · 11/06/2010 16:12

Definitely get yourself measured - before Feb this year I'd been wearing the wrong size for quite a few years ... and I'm not small of nork!!

Thanks Sagacity, I'll go in New Look and pretend I'm buying a present for my niece.
