Where to buy small shoe sizes?

I'm either a size 2 or 3 (not actually sure), but struggling to find shoes online. Mainly I'm looking for shoes for my wedding, so something a bit special, rather than practical.

My health isn't 100% so don't really want to buy from stores, not able to walk around much. Which is why I need online sites.

Does anyone know any stores that cater to smaller feet?

I was in Barratts the other day and they have a small range of adult shoes (ie with proper high heels!) that start at size 1. I think Clarks have some shoes size 3. Haven't looked on either website but I presume they'll be on there too! HTH!
