Anyone else use Dior Show? Does it leave smudges on you?

I bought some Dior Show waterproof mascara last week and have noticed everyday by mid afternoon I have black smudges under my eyes. I've used this mascara before and used to love it. This didn't used to happen. I have gone back to my cheaper max factor one now.

Has anyone else found this with this mascara?

I use it every day snd that's never happened

Never and I use it all the time like MM. Are you rubbing your eyes without realising or is it eyeliner perhaps?

Have you changed the brand of eye make up remover you use?

One of the most common reasons that mascara smudges is if you use an oily based remover as the residue left on the skin/lashes repels the mascara and causes it to smudge.

Either that or moisturiser getting on the lashes?

Make sure they are super clean before applying and it should solve your problem .

I don't like it. It flakes on me and isn't good going on. I much prefer YSL False Effect for that type of thick black look or Lancome Hypnose L'Extreme for long and defined lashes. The brush on that mascara is genius.

I actually think this is rubbish (on me) and far worse than many low price brands.

I haven't changed make up remover or done anything different at all, I don't know why this is happening.

I might try the Lancome one that doris recommends. I have tried the YSL one and I think it has a really weird smell to it!

The Lancome one is a slightly different effect - not thick and busy, more distinct and long, but I have very long lashes so it may not be ideal for shorter ones. But try it. Lancome in general do very good mascaras. Sisley also do super mascaras (but ouch at the price)
