Primark gradual tan for £1.50, smells of coconut, very moisturising and good colour.

Primark chunky black eye pencil, £1.50. Really soft and easy tyo blend.

Olay foaming cleanser from Poundland. Love it.

I am cheap and lovely.

I am going to make you all very and possibly make the more charity shop hating of you disgusted, but I got an unopened bottle of Estee Lauder Double wear foundation in my very shade in a charity shop today for a mere 2 quid. I got a teeny sample of it last week to see if it was worth splashing out on, and am now chuffed I don't have to
My friend really rates the Primark eye pencils btw. She has an amazing sparkly green one that stays on all night.

Oh good for you!

I love charity shops, would be naked without them....which believe me, would be a very bad thing.

I don't usually use eye make up apart from mascara but am really enjoying the Primark one so may get other colours and look like a clown.

whats that double wear like?

a gal on make up site I go on raves about it

AvadaKedavra · 07/06/2010 19:04

I bought a lovely nail polish in Poundland today, it's Revlon Guava Glam, pinky coral with a shimmer and looks fabulous with a tan, for just £1!

HurleySatOnMe · 07/06/2010 19:04

I was really really impressed by the sample I was given. I don't need such a heavy foundation in the day but for nights out I really like my foundation to stay put, and this really does. The girl was lovely too, unlike the old trout who looked down her nose at me from the Chanel counter. I know who I'll be giving my money to in future.

Cyb you are on a make up site? I spend enough without being reccy'd stuff all the time.

Am super of finding that foundation in the charity shop.

I just can't be bothered with the trawling. Too many children round my feet.

I have been using Waitrose essentials skin wipe thingies. Great and cheap. Not greasy or drying. Just right.

HeywoodJablome · 07/06/2010 20:49

How dare you mock our penny pinching ways, BALD!

I love the way people go, I bought something in Poundland and it was £1

TheCrackFox · 10/06/2010 14:36

Whoamireally - I do that all the time.

I got some brilliant Revlon moisturiser from Poundland. It was only a £1.
