Discontinued Lipstick shade ..Chanel..

Have one favourite perfect everyday lipstick..Chanel Allure No 11 "Surprise". Go to buy new one and it has been discontinued. Bah.
Girl on makeup counter was fairly clueless so is there any way to find out what it has been replaced with or nearest similar shade??

I sympathise. My favourite 49 Praline has been discontinued. The Chanel girl in Harvey Nicks said she spent most of her day colour matching as Chanel keep discontinuing the popular colours. If you go to a Chanel boutique or counter with a more experienced assistant they should be able to help.

In the meantime if I come across No 11 I will give you a shout.

Why don't you look on ebay? I have been searching for a discontinued Clinque lipstick and found it on ebay!

Thanks both. Have tried Ebay but no luck - also have to be careful as the American versions of the same shades are different.
