Shopping spree!

DP is missing my birthday because he is in the Isle of the Man watching the TT with his mates !!

Am not that bothered TBH, but he is determined to make it up to me and has promised me a shopping spree
He is generous and not short of a penny, and normally I am very resistant to having money spent on me (stubborn, independant, divorced mum of 2)!!

However I may make an exception this time
I am short and dumpy with big boobs 5ft 2, size 18, big boobs!

On my list so far...fit flops, maxi dress (if I can find one for a fat short arse)!

What else?? Am tempted to go for handbag and sunnies, but could do with some new clothes, very rarely spend money on myself....so what then oh wise MNetters??

Get a jacket! Definitely get a nice summer jacket. I can never justify getting a cool jacket as always feel I need to spend real money on a proper coat (but then I do live in Scotland).

Lucky you being given a spree! And what is the TT? (Table Tennis? Trampolining Tournament?)

lol lemon, TT is a motorbike racing championship!! Not my cup of tea...and they are camping, am happy to have the shopping trip as well!
Will get a nice dinner out too, and probably lunch when we are shopping ...yey

Yeah, shucks, that's a shame, having to miss out on bikes and sleeping bags and mud and man chat and only getting a fab shopping spree in exchange.

My dad has gone to the TT as well (he's 65 but still not too old for a bike!) Maybe I should show this thread to my mum to see if she can wangle a shopping spree too.

Happy shopping, macdoodle! I have THREE pairs of FitFlops and live in them at this time of year. I fancy purple but really can't justify another pair.
