I really like Victorian-inspired cotton tops like this but the high neck looks far too matronly on me. Has anybody seen anything similar but a bit lower on the neck please?

It is difficult to white Victorian (prudish style) top when you have big norks really, isn't it?

I think they so easily stray into the sort of thing my mum would wear, when what I really want is to look all waif-like and Kiera Knightley-ish. It's not going to happen is it?

I would wear it to work tucked into a pencil skirt with a wide tan belt.

That sounds really nice Tethers. I am v short waisted though - I think it would just look like I'd got a large shelf instead of a chest - might be a useful place to store my whiteboard markers though, I guess!
