But not one with that horrible 3 tiered thing going on (that's just for wedding cakes) and with a halterneck, (as have no boobs)and although colourful is nice, not clown colourful. It's just for the daytime so doesn't need beading or metal bits.

And I don't want to spend a fortune. I'm so easy to please!

Topshop have some nice plain ones, I saw someone wearing it the other day, looked lovely, come in black and grey too.

Like the first one, tethersend, thanks, although it looks a bit short and I'm pretty tall - the second one wouldn't work - but there are some gorgeous dresses on that site, specially the Karen Millen and the French connection ones - but my favourite is £300! Think I might have found a couple of realistic possibles.

It's a pain having to click through on each one i like to see what the material is, though.
