Thats it really, I am thinking of getting one but wondering if anyone else has one and if it really works in just 3 mins per day?

I am planning to be going to the gym 2-3 times a week when possible a well....

Anything like that 'works' as long as you combine it with lots of cardio. If you don't burn off the fat covering your abs you will never see the benefit of things like this - does that make sense?

Well thats what I'm thinking, but dont like doing sit ups, so if I was to exercise 2-3 times per week and use this machine everyday, I think it would help.

My belly and hips are my main problem, the rest of my body is quite toned.

I have previously bought a slendertone machine for my belly, but feel the electric pulses work the outside of the abs and not inside...

There are lots of stomach exercises you can do apart from just sit-ups though. Actually sit-ups are not terribly effective as most people do them wrong anyway :-)

Yes i think i do them wrong and it hurts my neck and back...

i had one - its shit. it hurt my back - can't see your link ( stupid fkin linux) am presuming its the sit on and kinda vertical crunch - if so - its shit.

returningstress it would be far cheaper and more effective for you to learn some other ab/core exercises like the plank. Even if you had to pay a personal trainer for a one off session on this it would still be loads cheaper than the ab pro thingy.
