Recommend a curling wand please?

My hair is very straight and I find it hard to curl with ghd's. I think I need a wand instead of tongs so it looks more natural.

I'm wondering if there is one you can chage the heads on so you can get smaller and bigger curls?

I'm going to try to find one on ebay, any tips welcome...

I use heated carmen rollers from the 70s.

They work a treat.

The babyliss conical wand is good. It's wider at the top and thinner at the bottom ( conical ) so no need to change heads. Either use the top or the bottom, if you want tight or loose curls, or wrap your hair from top to bottom or bottom to top if you want graduating curls.

mmh, not sure if that makes sense!

The braun ones that take a gas canister are the hottest and the best. Used to be called braun independent, but I'm not sure if they still use that brand. I have been using them for over 20 years and have never found any better.

i've got the babyliss as well, mine is pink and came with the heat protective finger guards which you will need. gives very natual looking curls.
