Any ideas - higher neck sleeveless tops?

Has anyone come across a t shirt, top or even dress that is sleeveless but has a higher neckline? The boney bit of my chest reacts/burns easily to the sun so I am looking for a top that would cover it. I saw someone in the street with one on but we were driving and couldn't stop to ask!
