ordered some white jeans in march, just tried them on and they are too small.

i have three other pairs from the same range, in the same size which fit big if anything.

would they take them back if i explain this?

Can you exchange them? Assuming they haven't gone in a sale since you bought them you can still exchange past the 35 days the refund policy allows. If you want a refund then unless they are faulty (which they might be - jeans are really bad for sizing esp if they have lycra in) then (although it shouldn't) it might depend on the person you get at the time. You have no right to an exchange if they just don't fit. Might be worth trying to find a section manager on the shopfloor in womenswear rather than going straight to the customer service desk. And be nice - I'll go out of my way to help people who speak to me nicely - it happens rarely in these situations unfortunately.
Remember to take your reciept or invoice

it says 35 days on the delivery note but i'll take them in and try that way, they're still packaged and have tags on

No problem. Good luck. You should be ok though.
