to wear mostly with floaty knee length skirts.

I like A the best. Next have some nice flat T-bar shoes too.

A and C are practically the same, but A are nicer than C.

I prefer B overall.

Its a dres, top half is white like a vest top, bottom half is navy with wheite spots, navy grandad cardi,

'red shoes' and something like this for on the breast of the dress to tie in.

I am trying to picture your overall look here, dis. I couldn't get an overall picture from the shoes alone.
