Weather permitting, I am planning to wear this dress out tomorrow night...but what should I wear with it??

I have a long silver chain with blue plastic & mid-brown wooden beads in cluster at end which I thought I could maybe wear...but what else?

What type of shoes? Shrug etc?
Also should I wear some kind of tights? And if so what type? [clueless!]

Am 5'5, currently large size 14 (in process of losing baby weight!) not got the best legs so this dress is quite a lot shorter than I'd usually wear, but hoping the summery weather will hold so I wont feel too out of place!

I'd go with either wedges if you want a bit of height, something like these alternative which would look good is metallic beaded flat sandals/gladiators these are nice
I'd go with a little denim jacket, your necklace sounds just the job and finish with some silver bangles
