Ladies day at the races. A challenge!

Ok ladies, we need your help.

My younger sister is going to a ladies day meeting at the races in July and hasn't a clue what to wear.

Who better to ask than you lot eh?

She is size 14, a young (her words not mine) 44, and has around £100- £150 to spend.

Any ideas please?

Need a bit more info about build, colouring and what to wear to a ladies' day- are there rules? sleeves or no sleeves? Hat? Heels?

Oh, and is the budget for the whole outfit including shoes and accessories, or just for the dress?
