I have a dress but should I wear a necklace or leave as is?

I have this dress

Would you wear a necklace? And if so what kind of thing? (I have long strong of pearls and this did not look right unless the string was just hung around neck (not looped to make 2 strings IYKWIM))

I am wearing dress weekend after next so have only this weekend to get something (or not, as the case may be)

Personally, I think a necklace would spoil the neckline. I'd be inclined to go for some bangles and maybe earrings instead

Its a lovely dress - I'm in agreement with Tilly, I wouldn't wear a necklace with it either.

Agree, no necklace unless you have something very sculptural/modern/bold - much better to have dressy earrings and bangles . If you are worried about appearing plain (don't be, it's lovely) then you could maybe pick up a flimsy scarf/shawl in a hot colour to drape over shoulders....

I have that dress and don't wear a necklace with it.

I just wore a cuff bracelet and diamond ear rings.

Do really like the idea of cuff bracelet....my shoes and bag are gold satin from karen millen....what kind of cuff traceybath?

OK plain silver - can do that

My heels on the shoes are shiny silver, as is the clasp of bag so think that a shiny silver cuff should look good
