Lost Mojo: Shoes

[Sweeedes]

I need shoes, formal-ish:

Not edgy
Not hippy chick
Not flats

I like the idea of some height but without the discomfort - so wedges preferably.

Closed toe sling backs would be nice, but they are prone to ugliness.

Please help.

If fashion is all about rebellion, and a series of controlled revolutions against what went before, I think you may have put your finger on exactly what this season is upstairs, sulking in its bedroom about.

-ve - price ... surely child-labour involved? Style - a weeny bit "Ice Storm" + "Last Days of Disco". Two films I loved but might not necessarily want to wear on my feet. And I'm not at all sure they capture your personality ... .

I read that they are back and they don't have the orthopedic quality of a closed toe wedge.
