Converse lovers - shoes or boots?

I have 5 pairs of converse boots and am thinking of splashing out on a pair of boots.

Should I, or are they not as good?

I'd say stick with shoes. They are so much easier to slip on and off. Plus i think they look nicer too.

your post makes no sense to me op

I'm guessing you mean you have 5 pairs of Low-Tops and are considering getting a pair of Hi-Tops??

It's Hi-Tops for me every time.

The shoes are very mummy-ish. Not the look I want.

I only wear hi-tops personally, don't really like the shoes, but like all things it's a matter of taste. Do you like the boots? If yes, then buy them.

PersonalClown · 26/05/2010 09:30

Both! Can never have too many Converse.

Sorry - it was late last night and I might have been a little tiddly.

I have 5 pairs of low-tops and was thinking about getting a pair of red high-tops.

I like them, but do they sit okay under trousers or jeans, and do you ever wear them with skirts?

They look fantastic with jeans, and trousers (although the only non-jeans I wear are linen trousers in the summer) I was going to say I would never wear them with a skirt, but I realised I rarely wear skirts, and the one I do wear (floor length black jersey) I do occasionally wear with my hi-tops because no-one can see them...

I wouldn't wear them with a shorter skirt. Whatever way I picture it, it looks odd
