I love it but not sure if I can get away with it or have the guts to wear. I'm 28 and a size 10, 5"7 if that helps.

I think with flat sandals and vest top underneath it could look good on hot days/holiday.

28 is not that old and I'm presuming you're not planning on wearing it to work.

Ok, range of opinions then.

Definitely a top underneath, was thinking with flat sandles like you would wear a normal pair of shorts and top. I do think it is probably a bit young though and I would end up feeling self conscious and not wearing it.
