silver necklace for a 30th birthday

I want to get my dsis a silver necklace for her 30th, something to keep yet trendy, under £40.

Something in this sort of vein but I don't like the initial.

Where do you live? There's a lovely shop in Greenwich market (can't remember the name, but it's a shop unit inside the market at the edge IYSWIM) that sells jewellery that's been hand-made by local folks and they have lots of lovely and unusual silver jewellery for your price mark.

Oliver Bonas also do nice silver bits, and strangely enough John Lewis seem to have an ever-expanding jewellery range that includes nice silver stuff.
