do you mean that clinical even better serum? if so i've been using it a few days and its nice, too early to say if it fades marks....but my skin already looks glowy and nice. I also use the city block spf 40.

Used to use the non clinical serum didn't realise how good it was until i stopped using it.

The even better foundation is useless, poor coverage and makes my skin feel tacky/sticky, also not very long wearing.

Coderooo · 24/05/2010 13:14

so you had good skin so used it? then it was too good so you stopped?

i wasn't very clear....used to use the old version, same bottle just wasn't the clinical one. I wasn't sure if it faded the marks very much, until i stopped using it, then loads more marks appeared, the clinique lady said it stops futher marks appearing aswell as fading,(i think it did) but its really important to wear high spf. (i always wear high spf)

The new clinical version out is meant to be stronger, its only been a few days, but my skin does look different, more glowly, still have marks though, and have been wearing spf 40. I will continue to use and will buy again. It does something to my skins appearance.

I have very pale skin which marks very easily, after a spot i'm left with dark marks, which need lots of estee lauder double wear to cover.

Will watch with interest.

I adore the even better serum, it is amazing - was raving about it on SuSylvester's thread. It really does work and I am very hard to please with magic potions. Just on the basis of that would be willing to try this one.

Songbird · 24/05/2010 14:49

Chuffin' eck that's expensive. I'll watch with interest to see if it works though, as I need summat.

LadyBiscuit · 24/05/2010 15:20

My mum has some really bad age spots and this has made a visible difference - only thing that has ever worked (and she has even tried lasers).

noddyholder · 24/05/2010 15:36

what does it DO? I have a couple of marks on my hands like big freckles would it work for those?and do you put it on the marks or all over?

LadyBiscuit · 24/05/2010 16:37

It fades them so that they are less noticeable. Like roll on bleach and you just put it on the bit you want to fade (so lasts a while)

noddyholder · 24/05/2010 16:49

Thanks LB

miche8 · 24/05/2010 18:08

I rub it all over my face and my chest, have a few marks there which i don't like covering with makeup as it gets all over the baby.

Coderooo · 24/05/2010 18:15

The woman is going to ring to get me in to see assess Progress.

I've been using it for more than 3 weeks now and no difference whatsoever to my areas of pigmentation on my face. Still hoping though...£40's a lot if it doesn't work.

SarahFerguson · 24/05/2010 21:09

do they hold up a colour swatch to your dark patches then? Like those horse teeth in graduating shades of yellow when the dentist fits you with a crown?

msdynamo · 25/05/2010 09:11

Ladybiscuit, it has worked for your Mum. What kind of dark patches did she have? Caused by sun or hormones?

Mine are hormonal, and maybe that's why it hasn't worked- yet.

And no they don't hold up the colour chart to your face, they give it to you to take home, so you can judge for yourself if there's any difference.

LadyBiscuit · 25/05/2010 14:44

I don't know - I guess hormonal - she wears factor 50 on it the whole time and it has definitely got bigger as she's aged. I don't know how long it's take to have an effect

Coderooo · 25/05/2010 15:13

yes like a horse SF
