OMG - you'd have thought the surgeon would have said no. Why go for such large cheek implants?

Surely the surgeon(s) wouldn't want to advertise their work this way!

I saw that earlier and almost posted it. It really is quite sad, isn't it? That someone would do that to themselves and that some pill-brain surgeon has been paid a lot of money to do it.
