Please help me decide what nail varnish colour for hideous toenails.

I have hideous toe nails . They are just horrible and blackened in places, take my word for it. I see a good chiropodist but she has confirmed that other than a 6 month course of antibiotics nothing with help .

I tend to disguise them with dark nail polish- deep purples etc. However, I have a wedding at the weekend and am wearing a rather bright blue dress with soft grey coloured shoes.

If I had beautiful nails I would go for a lovely natural shade but with my toenails this will not cover the problem.

Help- what colour should I wear. Not blue surely??

What about the fake toe nails? Never tried them but seen then in boots.

Alternatively you could use a good few coats of a lighter colour (might work)

My hairdresser was wearing fake toenails the other day, they looked great.

Buy a GOOD QUALITY (think chanel) nail polish ina pink colour

base coat, 50 coats of colour, top coat

this colour is beautiful on, you wouldn't think so but it is!

Have you heard of minxing? Some salons offer this. I haven't tried it but think I might have a go myself this summer. Looks really pretty.
