Recommend me a foundation

I am shite at applying make up.

The finish never seems even and, as I have dry skin, quite flakey.

Can anyone recommend a good foundation? I don't have a big budget (ideally no more than 10 quid) that will make me look like a smooth skinned goddess?

Up the budget and get Dior Show.

If budget really won't stretch then have a look at Avon. This one is brilliant! You can't go wrong. As it's creamy it's easy to spread evenly and it won't dry your skin out.
