I'm sure someone who knows what they're talking about will be along soon but I'd strongly recommend you pop along to a salon and let them sort it out.

My ex-sil turned her hair an odd orange/yellow colour so phoned the help line on the hair dye box. They said she should buy one of their lightener kits and told her how long to leave it on for. She did as they said and her hair went a funny greyish green colour. She ended up at a salon the next morning.

In your position I'd let a hairdresser sort it out as you could make matters worse trying to do it yourself.

Good luck.

Pre-lightener is to use before you put the colour you want on..

Hey im a Colour Technician so hopefully i can help! I just need to ask a few questions to properly assess the situation!

What exactly have you applied to your hair? Is it just pre lightener or have you dyed it afterwards??

What state is your hair in now? Does it feel soft with minimal breakage or very weak with a chewing gum kind of feel to it?

If you can post a pic of your hair that would be fab xx

Argh not another one! Didn't we have one of these, only last week, who virtually ended up in A&E?? Please, please go to a hairdresser.

You need to go to a salon, and you need to let them do a patch test and wait 48 hours before they do a cover up (because even if you've used a product before it may react with the current state of your hair). This happened to Disenchanted3 last week.

Find a nice hat in the meantime .
