Actually I take it back. The BB bag has a major flaw which I've just noticed! I think I prefer the VK. I'll post some pictures soon so you can see for yourself what I'm talking about...

Here's a review of another website. See the picture of the bag, same issue as BB, a 3/4 inch gap between top flap and leather going across. VK doesn't have that particular problem. Both still very nice bags in their own right.

sorry been busy filing accounts and invoicing this week at work (got to pay for my addiction somehow )
i am still to make up my mind aboiut my jimmy choo i do love it but its sooo expensive i actually feel scared to use it, maybe i should just take the plunge and load it up with my purse etc and get on with it.

That's good to know about the grey one. Maybe you should take the Jimmy Choo bag back if you're not really sure. Sometimes we buy things in a moment of madness. I'm feeling guilty about my patent pink Mulberry Purse, as I don't really need it. It's just so cute though, I love it. My friend just got her Oak Alexa from VK and she loves it. I've decided to keep my BB one, as I like the fact that it's lighter and I'm selling my VK one. If anyone on here wants to buy a replica oversized black Alexa let me know

Mainegirl, I wanted to get Beubag to replace my bag, as one of the front straps has markings/oxidisation on the brass end. I'm not getting anywhere with customer services. What did you do exactly to get them to pay for the return?
