please help! I have to go to a wedding this weekend and I am struggling with finding suitable outfits. Had an appointment with personal shopper at house of fraser, but she was determined to dress me as a 50 yr old, not 30...
the brief:
needs to be breast feeding friendly - 6 week old baby so also must be
-flatttering for tummy ie no jersey
- not too expensive (£100ish max whole outfit) don't want to spend lots on clothes in this size (14) as hopefully will slim down again to usual (10)
- able to wear again on holiday etc
- young and stylish not fussy or frumpy & mumsy obv.
would prefer a dress not skirt/trousers & top (but willing to consider) i am happy to slip dress off 1 shoulder & use wrap / pashmina to be discreet. Wrap style tops / dresses look AWFUL on me. have chunky waist, ok legs, blonde hair pale skin
Wedding at country house in north east, and i am an unimportant guest iyswim
I do have this maxi but worried it may be too casual/hippy for the weddidng day on sat and better suited to the day 2 sunday bbq?
