Or would the widest point of the calf just sit on the top of the legs(?) of the boots? I can't think of the word I need ... uppers?

Oh how strange, I've just posted about boots! Those are nice

They look to me as though they'd be somewhere in between ankle length and calf length, so the top would reach to where your calf muscle goes in towards your ankle, if you see what I mean? So I can't see why they wouldn't fit, but I'd think they'd definitely need to be tried on to make sure!
