Think warm weather, outdoor parties, quite funky, possible clubbing (yeah right).

But not toooooooo short.

I want your life TMAM.

Themasterandmargaritas · 16/05/2010 20:11

IT's raining, does that make you feel better? And you have SHOPS.

Something like that anyway. One shouldered is the way to go!

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 16/05/2010 20:15

I agree LTEC. She has far too much of a good time.

Themasterandmargaritas · 16/05/2010 20:17

Size wise - an 8, don't mind the colour. All my dresses are very 'garden party' Boden-esque, fine for bbq's and stuff.

I just need something with a bit more pzazz for night time partying. Budget under £60?

LTEC I'm having a mid-life crisis revival.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 16/05/2010 20:25

this any good?

LetThemEatCake · 16/05/2010 20:28

here's one too short?

dinkystinky · 16/05/2010 20:29

TMAM - try Asos. Tonnes of club style frocks on there - bound to find something that might do the trick.

LetThemEatCake · 16/05/2010 20:30

tonnes of jewellery and metallic shoes

Themasterandmargaritas · 16/05/2010 20:32

It's lovely porridge but a little too much.

I like the monsoon one niki.

Ooo yes LTEC, I like the second one, that could work.

I quite like this but I think it's a bit overkill.

OP posts:
Themasterandmargaritas · 17/05/2010 16:15

I think I've found it this one?

OP posts:
cyb · 17/05/2010 16:17

I think you'll find this fits the bill

Themasterandmargaritas · 17/05/2010 16:24

Rofl, dh would be delighted. I like the accessories.

this one?

C'mon woman, you are supposed be the epitome of chic and style.

LetThemEatCake · 17/05/2010 17:57

ooooh, I dunno about that one at 16.15 master - bit like an ovrsized version of your Primark bag.

Think my one (preeens) is a bit more elegant yet sexy ... a touch of Halston, a bit Grecian ... and you could do more or less with accessories and embellishment acc to the occasion

the ruffly one is ok ... bit messy though, no?

Themasterandmargaritas · 17/05/2010 18:08

yes you are right LTEC it is like my smelly bag. (which EVERYONE still comments on)

I'm worried the frills are a bit over the top and the dress is a bit 'loose' like.

I like yours, but the colour is a bit insipid for me, I'm a blonde.

Find me another.

LetThemEatCake · 17/05/2010 20:43

right, as you can see I've got Studio 54 inspired stuff on the brain. I reckon you could easily lose the sleeve off this if you wanted.

who needs a dress??? Awesome. Are you tall?

Themasterandmargaritas · 18/05/2010 08:51

Oh I wish, I wish. But am short.

Thanks LTEC you are brill, I am going to go with your original one, it's been growing on me.

LetThemEatCake · 18/05/2010 11:59

Let us know how it goes.

I like to think I know my warm weather party dresses
