Clarks and Startrite shoes

Hi,

My 3 year old needs some new shoes, he has 7.5 G doodles from Clarks, but their normal range is pretty bad this season. I've found some on Startite bit not sure if there is a size differnce?

If anyone knows, please post me :0)

Thanks

Amy

The size difference will depend on the shoe...sometimes Startrite are wider so an f becomes a g.

startrite normally half a size bigger so more likely to be a 7g.

Usually start rite are a half size bigger than clarks, some styles are wider too so you may need an F instead of G. Although not sure about start rite's canvas shoes, I bought DS some off ebay which were a size 7 and DS is a clarks 7, so they should have worked out at 7.5 in clarks sizes but his toes are right at the end. May need a trip to a shop with a fitter.

the startrite equivalent of doodles are def 1/2 size larger than doodles (as DS has just been trying both types on) He's a F in both types of shoes.

Startrite's website has a measuring thing to print off, which we have used successfully.

You could always try Buckle My Shoe or Simple shoes too - they're styles are just gorgeous and they're wide fitting so perfect for a G.

Hope that helps!
