A non-stretchy (do I mean tailored?) evening top.

I have bought some beautiful fabric.

Dark red silk mix (red on a black weave). Heavy, not whispy. Textured and a bit crumpled. Gold thread pattern woven in.

I want to make an evening top.

Any suggestions for a style to go for?

Have been trawling online shops and not been inprired.

Not long sleeves. Nothing too tunicy - makes me look preggers). Nothing tarty - I want elegant and classy.

I like the second one.

The 3rd is a bit too complicated for the already busy fabric.

Utterly adore the VW one but it would need a drapier pure silk than my silk mix.
