M&S have got a nice range of different short-sleeved bolero type cardi's - off the top of my head - they had a fuschia, a purple, a dark grey - will have a look and link.

I bought this as a cover up over sleevelss things and it is delightful-delicate and flattering.

Prob. a bit too casual for that dress though.

don't know if that joe brown one would be too cas or not, it's the sort of dress that can be dress up or down

Ggirl, that shape is too dull for the frock.You want something sweeping together between breasts to echo line of breast, not summat dragging down.
