M&S handbag in She magazine

I saw a fab silver/beige across body bag in the June issue of She - but have been unable to find it online or instore. Maybe it's not out yet......but has anyone seen it.....I lurve it

Was it a satchel bag modeled by Danni Minogue? I saw that in grazia but can't find it instores or online.

No, not that one . Have looked in limited but no sign. It's more vintage/slouchy style. oh I hope i'ts just not in yet.

I've searched under T83 Brooke Satchel which seems to be the code name for it. But I'm going into M+S stores this weekend so will ask if they are expecting any deliveries or if it's available to order and let you know. Happy hunting!

I've seen the Danni one in our local M&S so it's already available. I loved it in the ad but in RL, it looked more silvery than the bronze I thought it would be and the chains look a bit cheap. Dare I say it - it was a bit tacky! Was disappointed and definitely not buying it.

OOOOhhh what a shame annh. Thanks for the tip-off. It does look too gorgeous to be true - for the price anyway - in the adverts. I have already fallen in love with it so i'll do my best to hunt it down at the weekend. It was the bronze that makes it so desirable, not sure the silver look sounds so hot.

I was expecting it to look quite silver- as it appears in She - but did wonder about the chain - was there a leather strap aswell? maybe it could be removed ......

Call the magazine on monday 020 7439 5000 and ask for the fashion team on the magazine you want! I have done that before. Or call the press office at marks and spencers, dont know that number tho.

Sorry, i've had a really hectic weekend so i never got a chance to find out about the satchel bag. If i manage to find out more/when/where it's likely to appear, in the next week or so I'll let you know.

That's it right enough - but not silver/beige as described in She. The reviews all mention metalic model so maybe that was an earlier model - the navy is quite nice though. Will continue search for silver - so if you see one ladies.............

I was in our local M&S this morning and saw the brown version of this bag which I thought was lush! If you remember, I was the person who was disappointed with the version in the ad which I thought was a bit cheap-looking in real life. The brown version is sooo much nicer in my opinion. The bag is very soft and the chain is a sort of dull gold so looks much nicer than the silver chain on the other bags. However, it is completely unstructured so you do need to have a book or folder or something similar-sized to put in the bag in order to give it shape. Otherwise, purse, make-up etc will just fall into a heap in the middle and the bag will be both uncomfortable and not very stylish.

I even had a £40 gift voucher and almost bought it but just couldn't justify another bag, particularly when I am not working, and this struck me as the ideal commuting bag.
