Orla Kiely sizing

Thinking of bidding on a O.K jacket on ebay - it's a size 3, which is a 12. I'm between a 10 and a 12 so not sure... Does anyone know if they come up big or small?

I'm at the fat end of 14 and I find the size 4s a bit of a squeeze. I would think the size 3 should be ok for you- better to be a bit large than too small.
