Can anyone recommend a sports bra for 34f that does not give me a conical Madonna style shape?

I'd be ever so grateful

I have a shockabsorber max 4 strength one for working out but it is not a good shape, stops the bouncing but not comfy for a long time. My friends and I are planning a walk to Scotland's (and Britain's I think) most remote pub and I need a normal shape comfortable bra for walking. DP is going too but I am the only girl, eek!

TIA

Try the marie jo sports bras - they are more expensive but definitely worth it. Enjoy your walk, sounds like fun.

Enell, or Enell Light if you're not running. Looks armoured and all the hooks and eyes take a little getting used to, but definitely no conical shape and zero bounce.

Second Enell. Gives you a flatter profile, holds it all in snug against your chest bones, and great for high and low impact sports.

They are quite chunky (look like the top half of a vest top- wide straps- and front fasten with hook and eyes) but they will change your life and are v comfortable.

Not sure which shops do them, but you can measure yourself (the sizes are different to bra sizes) and then get them on the internet.

I love my freya from boobido
these bras I have the underwired ones but it is also available in non-underwired. I have black and flesh and tend to wear them everyday and keep my R&P for when I need to flash some flesh. Very comfortable and no wobble.

I bought this one a few weeks back and like it so far

Same size as me! Shock Absorbers crap in my opinion. Ive tried loads and the best one i have foud by miles is M&S. They do a high-impact underwired one...(currently avail in black with bright green or pink contrast if you are in there looking).

It is great, i run and do tae kwondo and can vouch that it defo works, v. little bounce. ive never thought about the shape as such, i think i would notice if it gavve me pointy boobs though.

Also have you tried....double-bagging?? I wear a sports crop top type bra over my normal sports bra for running as then i get zero bounce (i know lots of people with big norks who do this too), though you aer only walking the use of a crop top might take away the pointy-ness of your current bra??

Thanks for the info, will have a look at them all.

The walk should be fun, but the real camping (that is no loos or showers) in between i'm not looking forward too!

This is the place we are going too if anyone is interested, menu looks great and I'm sure we will have worked up an appetite by the time we get there! Only 18 miles but we will do half and then camp, then the other half and eat, camp that night and get the boat back totally hungover
